  • How many McDonalds are there? That’s a noble goal.

  • I have been to quite a bit of McDonalds. I want to write a report about all the McDonalds in the lower mainland and give them a rating. So far:

The ones along Lougheed Hwy and Barnet Hwy in Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam are owned by the same person (Peter).

The McDonalds in Coquitlam Centre has free wireless access due to Waves located conveniently beside it.

The McDonalds at Shaughnessy and Lougheed Hwy in Port Coquitlam does not have any TVs for hockey.

The McDonalds on St. Johns in Port Moody is against the Harmonized Sales Tax and their service is bad. I am assuming they are going to blame their sales decrease on the tax.

The McDonalds on Clarke near Como Lake has poor service. They often do not fill up your fries or give you limited refills.

The Walmart McDonalds contains food that have been sitting for a while. It does not taste as good.

If you are in Burnaby in the Brentwood area, go to Still Creek for their McDonalds as opposed to the McDonalds in Brentwood Town Centre. The Still Creek McDonalds is way cheaper than the mall and they have better service.

The McDonalds at UBC have poor service as well. I often find that the manager chatting with his employees in circles. I had to wait about 5–7 minutes for my meal to get ready. No one was making it.

  • I have to agree with most of your assessments, although the Walmart McDonalds still has the Big Xtra, which is most awesome. The one closest to me, by Lansdowne and Barnet has to be the most efficient McDonalds anywhere. Peter runs a good store.

    Man, now I want a McChicken…

  • This is most useful information about the posting of Comments, Got lot of tips regarding the same, thank you very much friend post a nice article.
